Review: Great quality but is still very stiff despite 3 or so years of use - it hasn't softened much at all - Really nice, great quality, but just wanted to say that even after a few years of use is still very stiff, it has barely softened at all. It's very thick too, and was a bit overkill for the Alpine White Les Paul Custom I am using it for. I think it would be more suitable for a 5 string bass or something much heavier.

**Q: how wide is the narrow end of this strap?**
A: The end that fits onto upper area of the guitar is 1 1/2" wide. The end that fits the bottom of the guitar is just a belt strap about 1" wide.

**Q: To Amazon the black guitar strap that i just put in my cart is there anyway to have a red rose ingraved in it please or any advise on that please ? Ga**
A: the M26PD-BLK does not have a black rose on it.

**Q: Work with a banjo**
A: If your banjo has 2 strap buttons on it, this will work.

**Q: Did anyone else have problems with it being too tight around the strap button on the guitar? Mine is squeaking like mad, the pickups even register it!**
A: Strap buttons vary from guitar to guitar, so some are tighter than others on the strap. Tight is good so your guitar does not come away from the strap which could be disastrous. Put a drop of baby oil on the button to stop the squeaking and enjoy this great strap.

Really nice, great quality, but just wanted to say that even after a few years of use is still very stiff, it has barely softened at all.
