Eliminates the Squeaky Noise from the GX460 Rear Door!
We live on a dirt road that isn't not county maintained. We started hearing the squeaking noise when we were driving on the dirt roads in our neighborhood. It got annoying pretty quickly. Did some hands on research by sitting in the back of the 2020 GX460 and heard the noise. Ordered this part on September 2, 2025. Very simple install. This part eliminated the noise immediately. Would definitely highly recommend this if you have an annoying squeaky noise coming from the rear door.

easy install, and improves over stock design, fixing door vibration
Easy install with the included tool. I thought I had a heat shield rattling, maybe the license plate, Anyway this fixed the vibrating rattle noise that happened at certain speeds. Simple But effective! p.s. the item I received was all black no lettering like the picture in the listing (imo, actually better that way).

High quality piece! *UPDATE*
Huge fan of the quality of the fit and finish on this piece. Excellent machining. Will install this weekend and post updates a week or two later on how it impacts the notorious barn door squeaks on the GX platform! UPDATE: All squeaks from the barn door appear to be resolved. I do wish the screw had specific "slots" for the bolt head to set into to hold the position of the stop (forward or backward), as I do have concerns with it shifting or sliding inward over time, even after making sure it is torqued down.

Upside down logo doesn't affect performance
2008 FJ Cruiser, fits perfectly but the logo is upside down. I don't care, I bought it to eliminate the !*$! rear door rattle and it did exactly that. I see several reviews here where FJ owners say it didn't fit and that puzzles me. Both the latch and supplied screws fit exactly as expected and folks, the part number of the OEM piece (69061) is the same for every model year, the only difference being an "A" appended for the LH drive version. It's basically impossible that this part "didn't fit" an FJ Cruiser If it fits one year it fits all years. Recommended...

Simple to attach
The latch bumper made a big difference with the noise rattle coming from the door. Yes I would recommend this product.

Excellent product
Installed on my 2010 Toyota Rav4.. Absolutely perfect.. Its made for different Toyota vehicles so it can be adjusted.. The squeaking and clunking is gone now.. Had to adjust it a few times to get it just right.. Super simple install comes with hardware and tool.. Anyone can do this.. Highly recommend!!

Gx460 rear squeaks solution
Wish i knew about this before checking all the rear suspension for the annoying sound, that was actually coming from the door. Easy to install, solves the issue.
