Engrossing
Even though I don't know the first thing about raising sheep, I loved this film. The acting was excellent and I found myself engrossed in the story. Two brothers who can't forgive each other, yet live right next to one another in a small town and have to rely on one another in spite of their grudges... what's not to love? I've long been a Sam Neill fan, so his acting was just an added bonus. Well worth a watch.

Slow But Good Story with Comedy Thrown In
Movie was slow but had a good story and was not so slow that it made me want to bail. It had some quirky and comical as well as emotional moments.

Sheep Breeder's Nightmare
This is a well-produced West Australian story which sends a stark warning about the ravages that a livestock infectious disease can impose on a local community. A must view for sheep breeders, of great interest to Mount Barker WA residents but probably not of interest to city dwellers unless they are Sam Neil fans. The overall acting and the props are excellent. The photography is of a very high standard. The Dorset Horn rams, and the Poll Dorset ewes are excellent examples of the breed.

Great Aussie movie
Great Aussie story. Bonus that it was filmed in our Shire and could identify some of the extras and locations.
