I am a man with a barrel chest and broad shoulders, but I'm only 5'11" so finding stuff that fits can be a challenge. Often it is an XXXL meant for someone with 100# more than me around the middle. I got the XXL and it is perfect. I like everything about this. It is good quality, has the mesh liner, and the big pockets. Very happy!
