I have been taking this prbiotic for a year now best one yet, no stomach issues and I can eat foods that normally would give me digestive issues, it works but you have have take every day as with any probiotic I will not be without them

Best Ever
I take one of these early morning before my coffee or any food. A DR on YouTube recommended these. They are not as strong as other probiotics but more powerful and just enough for my gut to be happy. Easy to swallow too. These arrive fresh in package every.single.time.

Saccharomyces Boulardii Probiotic
Saccharomyces Boulardii is a probiotic. Research this if you are having digestive issue. Very effective

Big Fan!
I've been using different probiotics now for years. Typically, I don't notice a significant change when trying out new products, but Jarrow (Gut Calm, specifically) has helped my temperamental stomach from going haywire after most meals considerably. I would definitely recommend this product for those with easily upset stomachs.

Provide Missing Elements
I’ve been taking these as I perceived needing them for about 10 days now. I can’t decide if they’re effective or if so, how much. Sometimes it seemed they worked like magic but other times I got no noticeable benefit. What I can say with complete assurance is that they do no harm and do seem to provide benefit but then there were the few times nothing I could sense happened. Of course, it may be as simple as the times they didn’t seem to do much if anything were the times my system had a full population of what these provide. I’m satisfied that this is likely the answer. When I’ve been deficient, these provide obvious benefits. When I’m not lacking, these have nothing to do. I’ll leave it at that.
