I'm on a keto carnivore diet and this potassium iodine is an excellent supplement. If you feel you need it I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

I definitely notice a difference when I take these on a regular basis. When I forget to take them I tend to have more frequent and severe muscle cramps. Potassium is such an essential nutrient and I fast frequently so it is important I take plenty of supplementation.

We have been taking this potassium for a couple months now. It works great! We drink a lot of water and this helps keep my levels up. I feel a difference when I miss a dose. It is medium in size. Good value.

Everyone should Have this NOW in House and use daily!! Iodine was removed from table salt years ago.
