This is a very good mirror, though it is a lot smaller than I would've liked. That said, it gets the job done. The actual mirror is 5". To get an idead if that works for you or not, take a compass and draw a 5" circle on a piece of paper and decide if that's big enough for you. Also, keep in mind that you have to be real close for an undistorted image. It is a very clear, nice, sharp image and you will see things you didn't know before existed. If you are someone who travels, this is a perfect, travel size, magnification mirror. The suction cup is very strong and the lightweight mirror stays in place. The light is a great, bright, diffused light that really helps you see yourself. I also like how it lights up my whole bathroom if the light is off. This will really come in handy if the electricity goes out; and the button on the face is so easy to turn off and on. Overall, I'm very happy with it. If you want or need a little bit bigger mirror, go for it. But if a 5", magnified, travel mirror is what you're looking for, this is perfect.

Love it! The mirror and mounting bracket are far nicer than I expected. The design and manufacturing are first-rate; the product has simple, clean lines and a perfect finish. The ball joint is smooth and secure, and the suction cup has a spring that helps to keep it mounted. The mirror is easy to rotate in all directions and it stays in place in any orientation. The LED lights are bright enough to illuminate my face, but not glaring. The mirror glass has no apparent imperfections and the 10X magnification provides a clear, perfect image. I used it this weekend when I needed to re-attach a temporary crown that came off my molar! It's very light weight, but a bit bulky for travel (not my intended use, so I don't care).I had been looking at similar wall-mounted mirrors that were over $200 and required in-wall wiring or a cord with plug-in. This mirror is so much better in so many ways. I am so pleased with it that I intend to give them as gifts.

This is a very good magnifying mirror. The lighting is bright and even. The image is distortion free. I’ve seen similar products offered at over $100 that are only its equal. The suction will hold with a strong grip for up to six weeks to two months. It will eventually release. As long as you remember to reattach it to a smooth wall or similar surface about once a month, it will last. I attached it to a marble surface, forgot to check on it, and it dropped onto a ceramic tile floor, and broke. With the new replacement, I keep a towel on the floor beneath it for a soft landing. Just remember to reattach it monthly and you won’t even need to do that.

Love this mirror. There were so many bad feedbacks, I hesitated to buy this mirror. But, it is the best mirror I have ever had. I love the fact that the mirror swivels, the 10X magnification and the way it attaches to my big mirror is great too. Very innovative! I have only had it a week, so can't comment on how long the batteries last, but so far, I really like this mirror! I like the communication directly from the company too!12/27/17 - I am adding to my earlier review. This is the best mirror I have ever purchased! Really! I especially love the button to turn it on is on the front of the mirror. How convenient is that. It has never fallen off my bathroom mirror and the led lights are still burning brightly! Who could ask for more than that!

Well, this is not my first (or second or third) rodeo. I've bought a magnifying mirror of this approximate size every few years. The instructions for mounting this mirror, although in retrospect, probably should have seemed more obvious to me, said what I think will make the difference and leave this thing mounted for many years. Take it down every month and remount it. I'm always careful to clear well before mounting, I would moisten the suction cup. But what I've never done is take it down deliberated to remount it. So, yeah ~ going to do that this time! The light is very bright. It seems to have a great suction and is well mounted ~ for now. Time has taught me that's probably not going to last. I'd recommend that we all take the mounting advise and remount every month ~ unless we're keen to replace it. But I'm not.

Uses batteries like crazy. Bought this as a gift for my wife and the batteries need to be changed every other day. Attempted to contact the seller and was told Amazon delivered it therefore it's an Amazon problem.

I love it, but..... This mirror is magnificent!! Battery operated and light is bright. The mirror has a suction that adheres when you turn the base of it. Sticks well to the wall when other suction cups have failed in the past. The mirror itself is on a swivel/ball and socket so you can tilt the mirror in different directions depending on what angle you prefer. Just after a week or so, the ball and socket is loose and doesn't stay in a preferred position, rather it flops to face somewhat downward and I have to lean in a lower position to use it.
