Rules of Management, The

Basic but highly useful book. Should be required reading for any manager.

Good foundation book. Don't necessarily agree with all the "rules" but they make for good discussion. we are building a discussion guide for group discussion on a selection of the rules that will help in creating a network within our company. Written by an Englishman so some words are not commonly used in the US.

Really enjoyed this book. Love how it’s broken down into sections so it’s easy to pick up where you left. Good advice throughout the book.

Short, quick without too many words. Clear and simple words about work etiquette between managers and employees. Loved it.Read it.:)

After go through book content, The writer is encorage to use harmony way in people management and self monitoring and improvement which is the best way to form up the working culture.3. However the way of writer encourge temporary is hardly implement on current fast track working environment but this is basic guideline for vison of management.4. Working in unhappy environment is most tiring.
