Tava Life Provisions Himalayan Salted Grass and Madagascar Vanilla Bean Grass Fed Ghee 2 variety Pack (Variety, 2)

I have been using the Himalayan Pink Salt version for the last few months, but I had the Vanilla Bean flavor (made with organic Madagascar vanilla bean) unopened in my cupboard, so I tested it out for this review.Both flavors have excellent mouth feel. A little bit on your spoon goes a long way for satisfying a craving. The unsalted vanilla bean flavor lingered in my mouth. It would probably be excellent in coffee or blended with vanilla ice cream or served warm on top of brownies or cake.The Himalayan Pink Salt flavor is salted just right and literally takes your cooking to the next level by giving it authentic Indian flavor. I made some lentil soup this morning and added a tablespoon of the ghee and immediately the soup tasted well-balanced and aromatic.I found these on sale at my local health food store.
