I love this product. I started taking magnesium supplements several months ago due to heart palpitations and low serum Mg. I initially tried MgO supplements, but I could not tolerate it well. (Magnesium oxide is the active ingredient in the laxative/stool softener Milk of Magnesia.) The Magnesium taurate did not give me any side effects, and it absorbs well. After two weeks of taking the taurate, my blook serum magnesium level had increased significantly to just below the high end of the acceptable range. My heart palpitations have stopped.
