Most versatile paddle!
Just started pickleball this summer. I have ordered aluminum, fiberglass, and graphite paddles in the traditional shape. Was curious about this one and now it's my favorite by far. Reasonable price, light weight, large enough handle (though probably not for two hands), and the elongated shape helps with the reach. No problems hitting the sweet spot either. Perhaps it's just psychological, but it feels good in the hand and hitting the ball. It is USPA approved and made in China. No cover but the packaging was good, no damage. Delivery was fast! I decided on the Gamma brand because a friend broke his old paddle and Gamma sent him a new one.

Gamma Conqueror- Great Paddle at Any Price
I just started playing pickleball about 3 months ago, and like everybody else, I've been smitten with the bug. We (my wife and I) got a starter paddle set as a prime day deal. I don't regret that purchase, but being a lifelong racquet sport guy, I quickly realized the limitations of those paddles. I wanted a paddle with more feel, touch, and weight. At the same time, I didn't want to spend a fortune either. After doing a bit of research on paddles in the $50 range, I decided to go with the Conqueror. I couldn't be happier. I immediately noticed the difference from everywhere on the court: better serves, better drives, better drops, better volleys.I reluctantly let my wife play with it for a while. She instantly improved at least a half rating point because of the effortless power and control this paddle offers over our generic set. She wanted to keep it for herself. But I like it too much. She'll have to get her own!If you're looking for a reasonably priced paddle that can play big, give this one a try. It's way better than all the cookie cutter paddles from companies you've never heard of and can't pronounce.

Great racket
For a beginner paddle I thought I would try the Odyssey and Discovery paddles. I got the Discovery paddle for games where I would play against more newer players and control would be a focus and plus it gives extra reach with the extra length; and I got the Odyssey paddle to focus more on power and to use during more competitive play. I have to say as beginner paddles these are really teaching me how to play pickleball better and improved the way I struck the ball. Also, both of the paddles I got have a gritty texture to allow for more spin than the previous paddles I was using. The Discovery is lighter and has nice reach, and the Odyssey is heavier but has a nice feel when going all out to strike the ball. Each paddles have their own pros and cons but playing with them has been really enjoyable and fun. One downside is that the Odyssey came in the mail with some scratches on the edge and the Discovery had some scratches and fading on the handle area. Still I didn't dink the score too much since I know after using and abusing these paddles I will be seeing normal wear and tear.

Outstanding graphite textured surface for Gamma Discovery
This is an excellent pickle ball racquet. I spin my balls, and this racquet has the best “built-in” texture on the graphite face which is durable and allow great control and spin the same time. You cannot beat this price for an elongated advanced racquet for pickle ball. I love the yellow design that is professional and not distracting. The wraps are also just a bit tacky to allow good grip with minimal effort. My racquet weighed at 7 5/8 oz which is light with good movement. The pop is just right as well. I highly recommend this racquet

Great paddle for beginner+
I started with a Head paddle and it was seriously embarrassing. Then I got a Gonex, which helped a lot as I'm tiny and it has nice soft feel. A friend had the Gamma and whoa- huge sweet spot!I'm now sort of an intermediate-advanced beginner and still really like this paddle for control.

DISCOVERY plays like $150+ paddles
I’ve played with a few high end paddles like the Joola Ben Johns and I legitimately think this paddle is 90% as good. We’ll see how the hitting surface holds up over time but out of the box it plays as well as the best paddles out there. After only playing pickleball a few months (after a lifetime of tennis) it didn’t take long to feel comfortable with the Gamma Discovery.Shorter handle so definitely for one handed players. The length is great for that extra reach on smashes and stretch volleys.

Decent paddle
I bought both the conqueror and the quest. I prefer the quest. I am new to Pickleball, but I have played tennis since a child. They feel very similar but I have more spin and control with the quest. The conqueror is only 2g heavier. I’ll be buying 2 more paddles, not sure which ones yet. Suggestions?
