Tasteless. I would not buy this again there are other sprays that you just as good a job with the taste better

I love that its quick and easy to get my vitamins and they are immediately absorbed into my body. It really made a difference.

I have been taking D3, and K2 MK-7. Or 4, , for years.D3 is good for our bones, gives us energy, and is called the sunshine vitamins,but as we get older we do not Absorb vitamins as good like we did when we where younger.K2-MK-7 takes the calcium from our Arteries to our bones where it belongs, instead of causing heart blockage.I just started taking this liquid instead of the tiny capsules as I been diagnose with diverticulitis , but with the proper diet it’s getting better. I try to eat plant based. Drs say it comes with my age, and genetic. .This is something Not to look forward to as we age, but it could be worse, I’m lucky.Btw, I want to mention to get tested from your Dr. as you might be low, or high in D3, and it’sBest to take the right amount.Although this spray is tricky, as before ordering this it does not say any where that I canSee, how many sprays it takes to get 5000iu to 10,000 of this! Needing more D3 I have to take separateI can’t understand why any vitamin would Not show Up front ,or what is hiding here!

Pretty happy with this spray. It is a great way to get a little extra Vitamin D, and I far prefer it to taking pills. My one complaint is that it doesn't spray in a mist, but rather a stream, which is a little uncomfortable hitting the back of your throat, but really not too bad. There's little, if any taste, and it is no hassle to do quickly in the morning, just a quick 5 sprays a day and you're good to go.

Yes, this is indeed exactly what it says it is, apparently.The sprays seem to work pretty well for me, whether this or any other vitamin.This does the job as well as, or better than any capsules, tablets or gel tabs.Absorbency is supposed to be much better this way, and even though the price is higher, it seems worth it to me.

So I'm really torn about this review. This actually is everything I'm looking for in a vegan D3 supplement, with the added bonus of K2. An issue I've had with liquid sprays is that they often have citrus flavoring which I can't tolerate. This has a very, very light mint flavoring. I'm on the autism spectrum and sensitive to mint in toothpastes and such so when I say it's mild, it's mild, and it's lovely and I wish more liquids used something very light like mint or vanilla. So in that sense, it's perfect, and the spray is sooo much better than D3 droppers I have tried in the past. It just makes everything easier.The reason I'm giving this 3 stars is that I just can't justify this price point. It's been increasingly hard to find cost effective vegan 3d supplements and this just isn't it. If the dosage was 5000iu I would give 4 stars but it is only 2000iu...and it only lasts for 30 days. There needs to be a bigger size or a higher dose. I'm in an area that doesn't get a lot of natural sun and 2000 is honestly just underdosed. Maybe the liquid form helps it absorb better but 2000iu is what I consider more of a child's dose, and even at a double dose I'm not getting the 5000iu I can get from pills that are much cheaper. Naturelo has pills that have 5000iu, more K2, last for 60 days and is just a few dollars more.This could have been a winner but it's just not worth it price wise :(

Seriously, five pumps of this and you've gotten Vit D and Vit K which work in concert and are important for bone, heart and general health.

I've had several different brands of Vitamin D spray and this one is by far the worst tasting.I'm sure the product is fine and does what I need it to, but I won't be buying it again as I can't get over the taste.
