Review: included mounting screws may be a little short - The base is nicely made. I have no idea where. It has no Made in stamp on product or packaging. It comes with two 10-32 mounting screws and nuts. The nuts are black to be non-reflective on the inside of the tube. The screws may be a bit short for some tubes. I mounted this on a 1/4" wall PVC. Because the screws would be too short to get to the inside of the tube to use the blackened nuts, I tapped the two holes. If I was going to mount anything weighing more than a few ounces, this would be a bad idea. If you need to mount on a 1/4" thick or more tube, plan on buying some longer 10-32 screws.
