Cheap, got for my 2 grandkids and they don’t like them because when they try turn them off it hits their fingers and same for me and it’s hard for them heap the remote to do it while thing is on! I think these are dangerous for children!! The propellers are dangerous they hurt if you accidentally touch them and they r so close to the ball where you tilting it off you can’t help but accidentally touch them, very dangerous! My grandkids won’t even play with them anymore they are 7 and 9 years old so they not babies! Who ever invented these will probably get a lot of complaints!

The media could not be loaded.  Pros:Toy is fun and works as described, lifting itself from surfaces to soar up and come back down.Customer service has been very responsive and replaced the first pack quickly after I complained that the remotes don’t shut off the propellers, as I have seen in other video reviews.Cons:The second batch we received has the same issue, the remote will not turn off the propellers and I have gotten no response to a question on this product asking if there is something I can do to fix this. Video attached to demonstrate.I fear the toys won’t last long if I have to rely on it running in to things to shut off and stop the propellers spinning.

I bought this to play with my 7 year old granddaughter at Christmas. Everyone in the house tried it and not one person liked it. It did not work well, it just goes where it wants to and crashes constantly. One of them, the battery is not attached so it always goes off in one direction until it crashes. The other just goes up until it hits the ceiling then comes shooting down. (COPIED FROM ADD) (The flying ball can automatically detects nearby objects and moves away from them intelligently.) This is no true, it crashes into everything.

I bought it for my girls 3 of them. I saw the amaZing deal 2 pack deal. So I bought two packs. My girlfriend and I played with it for a bit and loved it. Then I played with it again later. It did crash after I charged it and started making a whining noise. Like one of the rotors wasn’t working right. Which they weren’t. But I used the screw driver that was shipped along with the package. Unscrewed all the screws, really small screws, took it apart and pushed the rotor back in place and worked fine. No more whinning noise.

Fairly easy to use, my teen had fun till it bumped into the kitchen table and broke. The second one dropped off his desk and broke on the carpet when he put it on the charge and was careless about paying attention to how close it was to the edge.

So out of the box we charged the balls and after had none stop fun with my kids. The battery life is not that long so we turned on the second ball and it was faulty. It started fine but would not raise out of my hand. I did ask for a replacement yet ended up with a refund so O know customers service is very good yet I was not really looking for a refund because one of the balls works great and is very fun.

Be very Careful if you decide to buy this toy. Both remotes that supposedly are to shut the flying ball off did not work at all. Ball will fly up and get stuck in the ceiling and there is no way to get it down but to wait until the battery runs out. We took it outside to have more space to play with it and both flying balls as soon as they started flying they fly straight into a wall. We tried 10 times and all 10 times the ball went to crash into the wall after flying for 5 seconds. Very dangerous for small kids. The blades are not sharp but if accidentally touched while spinning they do hurt a lot! If you could control the ball this would not be a problem but since it flights to any direction randomly it becomes very dangerous. The last time we used it flew straight to my son face and hurt him. No way to avoid this unless you have excellent reflects. My son was very excited to play with this toy and now we are both very disappointed!

im not sure what is worse, the product or trying to return it. There is no controlling the ball. it goes up and crashes down. i have to schedule a return pick up and an adult has to be here. I just want a UPS label for me to drop it off.
