Where can i Just buy 50' of this 12/2 ?

Unfortunately, we do not make this in a 50' put up, but we do make it in a 100' put up: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B089CTMFMY. It's under our Voltive brand, but it's the same exact wire (we're slowly transitioning our brand from Next to Voltive).

Is this rated and listed on the wire insulation 60° C or more?

This is not rated for high temperature applications. It’s intended for use primarily in wall or in ground.

Can i run this wire in an attic that gets hot in summer. And do i need conduit?

We ran it in the Attic that gets hot, no conduit one set of wires has been there 15 years no issue. Well sealed wire would recommend it.
