Would recommend this ...
Right now I would recommend this. It does help.with weight loss. Obviously you need to eat the right foods but I can say it suppresses appetite, is helping with my weightloss. I'm not exercising because its too hot , however I have lost 2 kg in about the same number of weeks. I have a tendency to have reactions to some products but with this one, I take it in the morning and I have not had any adverse reactions to it, I just feel more energised and less of an appetite. Updated.... having used this product since July, it does work, as time has progressed it has taken my appetite away and although I am one for not wasting stuff and eat things that aren't great for the figure, it has helped. I have zoned myself into not doing all the negative things that have done when trying to lose weight, so that also helps.You do have to be in the right frame of mind to lose weight, however this product does help, at least with appetite control. I have lost around 9 kg since buying this product but I also am conscious of what I eat to a degree and how much of it.

Not for me
I am afraid these supplements made me nauseous and have constant headache. Drowsy and generally just not myself. I still felt the affects the next day. Threw them in the bin and certainly won’t be taking them again. I followed all of the instructions on the bottle. They could affect different people different ways but I can’t recommend them.

Fantastic Supplement
The energy and clarity on my exercises on a empty stomach have increased 100% fold. I have more constant energy during my exercises and throughout my day. No side effects noted . Feel fantastic day in day out. The producers give clear instructions and the product is class A.

Great product and no side effects
I have tried several products before which made me feel dizzy or couldn’t sleep. I have been taking this for 2 weeks and no side effects at all but managed to shed a few extra pounds which is amazing! Highly recommend!
