he original mic on my Astro A40 broke, so I picked this up as a replacement, couldn’t be happier with it. It was genuinely plug and play, no setup needed. Just snapped it in and it worked straight away. The sound quality is clear, and it feels just as good as the original. Comes with a foam cover too, which is a nice bonus. If your A40 mic has stopped working, this is a quick and easy fix that does the job perfectly.

This was a load of rubbish to be honest I thought I lost my mic piece for my headphones and ordered a replacement but you see this mic piece barely works people can’t hear you loads of static when moving the mic piece for the price of the headphones wish it was a better quality this does not match the same quality as the one that comes with the headset The replacement here is rubbish
