Since I work outside, so the large brim provided the much needed shade. The adjustable back closure is convenient too. And the bow added a feminine touch. I bought several colors several years ago and the visors still look like new!

I am 40 years old, very fair skinned with lots of freckles. I've had melanoma but still love being outside so I was in the market for a big hat. This one has a very wide brim so it does a great job of protecting your face and ears. It is a visor so you'll have to remember to put sunscreen on your scalp. I forgot the first time and got a pretty bad burn at my part. Other than that I think it's cute and works well.

This is a great hat/visor to protect your face and eyes from the sun. It shades your face and the side of your face, so it reduces glare. These hats/visors are so much better sun protection than the typical baseball hat. I wear these hats for tennis and have had lots of compliments. The fit is great, even in windy weather. This is the 2nd hat/visor I bought. I’ve worn the first one for 3 years and it’s still in great shape. My first one is a visor, the second is a hat. Really like them both.

There's not anything that I don't like about this visor/hat!!! I love the style, which is a cross between a sun hat (the bow) and visor, so it pairs well with sun dresses as well as sporty attire. The beige shade is perfect and very neutral. I also like that it is adjustable with Velcro and will not give me a headache, like other some other visors do. The brim is wide and will provide lots of sun protection for my face. It came with a strong smell (like dye) but I plan to wash it before using.

This has a very wide brim. I think it will work well in the sun without getting too hot.
