RunGoo Blister Prevention Cream Specifically Formulated for Feet (5 Single-use Packets)

I power walk several miles a day and was developing blisters and hot spots. I rub this on those places, put on my Bombas socks and I’m off. No more blisters or hot spots!! Easy to use and wash your hand after. No residue on socks. Great product!!

I like to use it in long runs and demanding training sessions. I wouldn't say it prevents blisters 100% of the time, but I feel it helps to fight them off.

Had blisters on bottoms of my feet from standing a lot. Spread this on and 100% better immediately. Easy to apply. Not messy.

Had been using a deodorant like anti-blister bar to prevent blisters and it had some success, but still got plenty on long runs. Switched to RunGoo on a recommendation and the blisters went away, even helped soften and remove old dried blisters. Did still get two smaller ones on my feet with a marathon run, which is why it got 4 not 5 starts. Anything under 22 miles it worked brilliant.It is a cream that you apply liberally to around the spots on your feet where you get blisters, do not blend it in, expect it to be thick and white. I pulled my socks on when they were slightly inside out and kind of rolled them on, so it would not move the cream too far from where I wanted it. It does wash nicely out of socks.Was hoping it would help with bra rash but still got that - to be fair it says it is specifically designed for feet. It may have lessened it, or not, hard to say when you still get the rash/burn. That did not factor in my rating since it is not made for other locations.

After 30 miles and one application. No blisters. It’s a thick texture so pretty messy to apply but works great.

Prevents friction on my toes on long walks.

If not for the ridiculously over-engineered packaging, I would give this a rating of 4.5-5. Best foot blister product I've used apart from patches. BUT- the applicator is so horribly over-engineered that it results in a greasy mess and wasted product. Although the tip of wiping your hands on the inside of your socks is a fantastic idea, if my hands are going to get messy anyway, why do I need the stupid nubby top?!?! It only gets messy and since it's not flat, it stays messy unless you wipe it with a rag to get between the nubs, and waste product. Plus the lid doesn't stay on securely. I solved both problems with tape- now I just unscrew it, use it like a normal tube, less mess, no waste. Get rid of the dumb nubby top and either lower the price or make the size bigger for the same price, and it would be near perfection!

I bought this product for long runs ~10 miles. And this product works well. It does ruin your socks, I'm not sure if I should be cleaning my socks more often than I am but before and after the socks aren't as good as they once were. Great product for running, applying it to problem areas is the best bet for fixing the problem. ~$12 is a great price for an actual reduction of blisters and foot pain. Would highly recommend
