I'm also a very heavy sleeper which doesn't help matters. Obviously when you start regularly arriving into work late its not a good thing. So in desperation I thought I'd see what solution, if any, was available. I found a few options and decided on this one as it was a reasonable price, it could be worn so no chance of losing it in the bed, and had several alarm settings. I had read in some reviews that the instructions were difficult to follow, however, I was able to follow them easily to set up the watch, alarm and all. I have only had to recharge once since purchasing as well which is great, although I would advise to charge in a different room than the one you might be sleeping in whilst charging as the light stays on and is very bright. As it vibrates directly against my wrist it has woken me up every morning without fail and I absolutely love it! I would recommend to anyone who has trouble waking up due to hearing loss/being a heavy sleeper. Its comfortable, discreet and works brilliantly. I don't use the alarms to remind me to take medicines (although I'm sure that's not too far off either ;) ) but as its on your wrist I can see how helpful that would be. Excellent product and if I could give it more stars I would. It has quite possibly saved me from losing my job. I cant praise it enough. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great customer service and good product *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 18 September 2026* I purchased one of theses watches for my little boy to help remind him to go to the toilet. The watched worked perfectly until I put it in charge, after charging the display didn't show properly and we were unable to use it. I contacted the seller and received a response within a few hours advising me that a new watch would be sent out. I recieved the watch the following day, there have been no problems with the new one so we must have been unlucky and recieved a faulty one initially. Customer services were great, really polite and helpful.
