I suspect I will be buying more of this in the future as it seems to be a good brand with solid ingredients and does very well when baked. Review: it never produces some of the off flavor notes that some other brands do (although she recently let me try the Red Mill brand & - My wife insists on using Dr Oetker's & while I'm not as fanatic about baking powder as she is (she's the baker in the family), it never produces some of the off flavor notes that some other brands do (although she recently let me try the Red Mill brand & that seems to be pretty good too). The biggest problem we've had is finding the 170g containers... all they sell in the WNY area are the envelopes - much more expensive & quite a bit more of a pain to use.

Rubbish
Normally no problem with making cakes. I ran out of baking powder and ordered this product. 3 cakes later all sank in the middle. Ordered a different brand yesterday and made a cake today using a new brand baking powder to try in case my oven was playing up. It's definitely not my oven so this brand of baking powder now in the bin!

Sell by date end Feb brought in Dec useless
This product was brought on 26.12.21 sell by date is end Feb, it's useless, don't bother, this is the first bad review I've given.
