You get what you pay for
Before I purchased these QueensHouse shams, I found the exact shams from another company for a few dollars less. Their picture showed the same rows of eyelet lace and trim on the solid ruffles. So, of course, I purchased the cheaper set from the other company. The plain ruffles were trimed in the cheesiest band (I hisitate to call it lace) with colored metalic threads! not in keeping with the vintage look of the sham at all! I never took them out of the package so can't attest to the workmanship, etc, but they are definitely going back!. So, I decided to pay a couple dollars more and order a set from QueensHouse. They are beautiful! Even layers of full ruffles. They look just like the pictures and as described! Guess you really do get what you pay for!

Very Small
First of all these shams are beautiful once the washed in cold water on very delicate and dryed on low setting they just look beautiful. But....must be the size for a child's pillow. Could not even begin to fit a standard size pillow in there. So I have kept the two I bought to put an average size cushion in them for they are so pretty. Then ordered a larger size which I so hope fits my standard size pillows if not then I will return them.

These pillowcases worked well to coordinate with my eyelet bedskirt. Fabric is great and washed wonderfully.
