Q: Is it a limitation of fire hd10+ that Amazon music uhd only streams at 24\48 thru the zen v2 and not 24\96?

Yes likely to be. Mine is operating at the highest quoted specifications. Of course it can also be signsl atrength over air too. Mine is right next to the speaker it operates to.

Q: How loud is the OUTput level via the coaxial, as I find for most Bluetooth recievers I need to turn up the amp a lot more?

Using the RCA the output is the same volume as my CD separate and turntable. I cannot comment on the other outputs but the packaging says Output voltage at 0dBFS: 2.05v.

Q: Is the output level on rca connection at a decent level? it is not included in the tech specs and is important to know for amp input matching.

Yes very good RCA output level used with rega amp and denon great performance quality piece of kit can't recommend highly enough real hifi

Q: Does this come with a power supply out the box?

It comes with everything you need to take out of the box and start playing straight away, even a nice analog interconnect.
