Amazing Idea *by on Reviewed in Canada 14 January 2026* I’ve gotta be honest, I was doubting that this would work at all to prevent my cat from scratching my bed and what not. I was wrong - this is insanely effective. The immediate moment I put them on and since then, my cat hasn’t scratched my bed or the walls, or bit any cables. Anywhere this stuff is she avoids which is actually impressive and exceeded my expectations. It’s just double sided tape in essence, but the idea is brilliant.She also has a tendency to bite cables and jump at outlets (kitten still that’s why), so I also cut some pieces with an open area for the outlet, and she no longer attacks those. Also for cables I cut thin strips off and wrapped it around the cable, worked to stop that as well. The corners of the walls she would bite, she no longer does.This worked far better than I thought it would and I am highly impressed. It does exactly what it says it would do + some if you get a little crafty. Amazing product, would highly recommend this to anyone with a cat who likes to bite everything.P.S: I should note that this is my experience with my kitten, it may not be as effective for your cat/kitten. For $40 though, you can’t go wrong trying it to see if it’ll work.
