Great product! Moved house and needed my virgin hub 3 to provide POE out to a garden hut which had a TP-Link Wall output. Did the job!

Tiny little POE+ switch that only loses a star for having a power brick that's bigger than the switch itself. Works great, make sure you read the instructions so you don't cripple it to 10mbps by having one of the switches on the back clicked the wrong way.

I spent a night trying to figure out why Ports 1 and 2 only ran at 10Mbp. I filled in an Amazon return and while packaging it up I noticed a little toggle switch. Turns out it was in "Extend mode", no where on this page mentions a word of "Extend mode" - It's a mode specifically for IP cameras, it reduces the speed to 10Mbp and allows cameras to be used with longer cables. Why is this enabled by default? It's a feature, why is it not mentioned anywhere but the technical specs table in the manual? Anyway, I kept it.

Always great stuff from TP-Link. Using this for an IP VOIP phone base unit so no other power cable required and an IP PoE surveillance outdoor camera. I have numerous PoE devices all powered by TP-Link PoE switches. Great products that never let me down and great prices for budget solutions. - Recommended, yes.
