It just work.
This a direct replacement for the mask holders that insurance never sends enough.

Wrong clip
This strap is a nice replacement strap except it has the wrong clip for my mask. As others have noted, the clip does not fit thr Forma mask that I have. The clip on my original strap has two "teeth" that hold the strap into its mate on my mask. This strap has a "bar".

Fits perfectly and arrived very fast.
I love my full face mask and this headgear fits perfectly. The straps hold tight once you lay down the Velcro on them. This was worth every penny and arrived fast.
