It was hard to put down! Kids took the book out of my hand because I told them they were going to late to practice

This story really pulled me in from the beginning and gipped on tight. The pacing is quick and consistent throughout, giving a constant adrenaline pump and making you flip the pages faster!The reason for four stars instead of five is the writing. It is too proper, I know that sounds weird, but there are no contractions, no I’m, no you’re, etc. it’s just not a natural way to talk so that really bothered me throughout the book. It’s just too proper! Everyone uses contractions when they talk, and write.Besides that, this is a fabulous story, a great start to the series, and I’m looking forward to starting the next one.

Lincoln and Jasmin’s story took several turns I didn’t see coming. It kept me going through the last page. Jasmin is no delicate flower and Linc is no Prince Charming - they’re better, passionate, hard-headed, and full-on into every situation. Yet their love story is so sweet and tender, the rough edges making their HEA dig deep in your heart. I won’t give a summary of the story; you can read that in the book blurb. I’ll just say that I have read nearly everything Riley Edwards has written and loved it all. This book is as excellent as everything else. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect beginning to a series. I loved all the mystery. The depth of Lincoln’s love for Jasmin was astounding. Even when his pride was hurt and he thought he didn’t have a chance, he never gave up.Amnesia is one of my all time favorite troupes and this story was so well written. The story started kinda in the middle. There were so many secrets kept from not only Jasmin, but from Lincoln and Zane too. I loved that, as the reader, I didn’t know the past Jasmin couldn’t remember until Lincoln and Zane revealed it to her. I loved that even though she couldn’t remember Lincoln, she felt an immediate connection to him.There were definitely moments when I wanted to jump through the pages and throttle both Jasmin and Lincoln. They were both so headstrong and there was so much pain and anger laced through them, understandably so. There were so many twists and I loved the delivery of each one. This was definitely not an easy romance, but it was perfect for Lincoln and Jasmin and the start of a new series.

Definitely kept me guessing throughout the book. Nicely written and throughly enjoyed the book. New author for me. Will definitely be reading more of her books.

I listened to the audiobook, which I think helped me get through some points I found irritating. Hearing Jason Clarke say "my sweet Jasmine" as opposed to reading it over and over was much better. I say that, because even hearing him say it so often started to grate on my nerves.I felt like I was dropped into the middle of a story. Was there a lead in book to this one? It was confusing and I felt like I was playing catch up. Everyone seemed to know the secret except for Jasmine.When Linc joined the team it seemed like some people were happy and some people were wary. Jasmine came off as a bit too aggressive. Not saying that because she is female. I would be saying that if one of the guys came across like that. Chill out. I didn't understand if she didn't remember Lincoln from 2 years ago, how did she remember him or know who he was when he walked in the room?When the secrets did come out, I could not understand why things were being kept secret. I kept for two years, another kept for 30! None of the reasoning made sense to me. Was everyone told not to tell her what happened and we if she would recover her memories on her own?The last mission was confusing as well. What information did Sonreir want? Some things didn't tie together for me but I rolled with it anyway.Overall, the book was interesting enough to keep me engaged. I found both Ghost and Jasmine to be more than a little intense in different ways. There seemed to be some elements of d/s in their relationship, but I wasn't 100% sure. There was some action and a bit if suspense. I thought some of the team members were interesting. I really want to read Zane's story.

This is a very intense story. I'm not a huge fan of ops taking over a story because I tend to get lost on missions. These were written well & I'm sure kept the interest of ppl who enjoy those bits, but I did a lot of skimming. There are also a lot of steamy times. And Jasmin & Linc have history, but we don't see that in the beginning, so I didn't really feel connected to them in the beginning.I was definitely intrigued & interested to learn their history, and the mystery in that kept me engaged! There are a lot of twists & turns & reveals, too - well done!!I love the family aspects, and enjoyed discovering Jasmin & Linc's bond along the way.😍😍😍

I don’t know how Riley does it,! With all the technical details this feels very accurate, and how the heck do you get your head round such a complicated plot? This book is non stop action from beginning to end and incredibly emotional. I love how Jasmin is such a strong woman and Lincoln is her perfect balance. Absolutely loved this book,10* if possible. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I loved Jasmin and Linc, it was such a good book! I cried during parts that made me happy and anxious. Their story and love for one another was beautiful and Jasmin is a kick ass woman, I Love reading books with strong feisty Heroines.. Can’t wait to see what the next book in this series brings.Thankyou Riley for a fantastic read!!

I really enjoyed this book, it had a lot of twists and turns they kept you engaged on the story.

I am loving series including the Military, Seals or anything with hot well built males so this was the start of something great ... once I downloaded book one then came book 2, 3 ...... My only issue is that the female lead just swore so much that I got distracted with the swearing more than I did the romance. I know the swearing is necessary but gee, I wish I could have got a "toned down" version just for me.

Nice if you into military kind of loveBut good writing and a very good read all the same. I will recommend
