Got this for my wife and mom and both found it average. The ginger chai lacks flavour and doesn't come close to traditionally made ones. Suitable for travel and emergencies

We Indians can't live without tea and a fresh, kadak one at that. This product does the same perfectly and produces a good cup of tea which feels as if freshly brewed. Saved myself in a foreign country with no access to kitchen. Just add 100ml hot water and you are ready to go. What a time to be alive.

Worst premix and need to improve a lot. What they say is false. I having being using premix in my clinic for soo long and thought to taste this but its my worst decision. Bad quality of milk.Too milky and sweet and most imp milk tasteOverpower the tea taste. The milk use in it is also of not good quality as it taste like burnt milk.Better to go for other company premix than this

Very nice taste and good quality

The masala premix is prefect, not too strong and not too sweet, it's just the right blend and mixes in very smoothly into hot water without leaving any lumps. I've tried many other brands but found this to be much better. Don't hesitate to buy!
