Not what it seems
I did not like the 68 page of advertising and other stuff not related or releventto the weather. When you pay for something like this it should not contain that level advertisingI would recommend listening or watching your local weather forecast or watching the farm channel on TVDisappointed as long past years were better

Farmer's Almanac
I don't care for this almanac. (It has da least amount of ASTRONOMICAL DATA) of all three almanacs I bought. I won't buy this one ever again. YOU WANT (The Old Farmer's Almanac by Robert B Thomas 1792 ) with da YELLOW COVER because IT'S da BEST. Meaning it's da MOST ASTRONOMICALLY DETAILED of them all. Da (Old Farmer's Almanac by Robert B Thomas with yellow cover 1792) is da BEST. Another farmers almanac that is also good and VERY ASTRONOMICALLY DETAILED is da (Harris Farmers Almanac). Harris Farmers Almanac is also da SIMPLEST to read/ find stuff and it's da CHEAPEST priced of all the farmers almanacs. You can go wrong with da Robert B Thomas Old Farmer's Almanac or the Harris Farmers Almanac. You decide.

Great!
I always buy this book and I really try to every year that's it's available. It's pretty much on the dot with the weather and different things that happen during the year. Stuff like fishing or planting your fields each year. It's a great book to have around. I truly do highly recommend this to anyone who wants to know something about what is going to happen during the year.

Nice
In the last few years I have really come to enjoy the farmer's almanac. Since I have moved to Indiana it is good to know what the Ohio valley weather patterns will look like for the forthcoming year. While they are not always accurate they do teach you how to look for natural clues about what the weather might be like in the seasons to come. I also really enjoy the homesteading tips, the recipes that they offer, the ideas for things to do in whichever season you might be in, and also the moon charts are interesting.

Something for everyone.
As the headline said, it has something for everyone. The reason I purchased the Farmer's Almanac of 2022 is for it's weather predictions for the region of the U.S. I live in (Northeast). Last year's edition called it the Atlantic Corridor, but as long as I can figure out where they have me, I can live with the name change. Something that a lot of people might not be aware of, is the fact that the Almanac has been, for MANY years, had in it's efficacy where it comes to predicting the weather, an 80.5% rating (to be honest, I don't really know WHO..........or is that WHOM?) makes those predictions, but I know that when I check out the upcoming month as to what the weather is going to POTENTIALLY be? The Almanac is usually pretty damn close. Some people think that followers of the Almanac are a little "off".........I tell them that I don't follow this book like it's GOSPEL, I just find it pretty damn interesting that it's weather predictions are fairly accurate. YES, I'm AWARE............ you CANNOT PREDICT the weather..........it's like predicting Earthquakes, it can't be done..........but they still do a pretty remarkable job. The other things that I mentioned here...........a little something for everyone..........food preparation tips (how to preserve your HERBS)............. maps of the U.S to show WHICH states in the Union will have WHAT kind of temperatures, precip, etc., ............ how to make a BETTER PIE CRUST..........! Many other things as well..........and, of course, even for The Almanac..........they DO have ads (what, you didn't think they needed to pay the printing bills?). They also have an interesting story on the history of SOAP.......... if you can believe it..........and how it's a 22 BILLION dollar industry (lots of DIRTY people out there). Point being: LOTS of different things to read in the Almanac for lots of different people.

What's New?
I buy this every year for my sister. We're always amazed by the accuracy of the weather predictions for the following year. The 2021 Almanac said no major hurricanes for Texas and (knock wood) they've been spot on so far. Will keep buying!
