Perfect Replacemnt
Replacement for an identical 6 gallon water heater that lasted 11 boating seasons. I was able to reuse all hoses and fittings without modifications.

This is a great water heater!
I installed on my Carver 390, as the original one was leaking. This one works like a champ! Easy install too.

Good product.. marginal support.
Seems to be an almost drop I replacement for my 20 year old unit.. the hold down brackets were front and back instead of left and right sides. There were two less wires than original unit don’t know what they were for. Customer service both US and UK were less than helpful. Either didn’t know answers to my questions or opted not to respond. Unit seems to be working ok but if I have to buy another I will probably opt to save a couple hundred by buying a knockoff version.

Nice water heater but customer service fails
This is a great water heater in my RV. Brand new in July 2024. The P/T valve leaks. I have done everything I could think of but still leaks. Called customer service number on the documentation and after a lengthy recording was given a different number. Three calls, long holds, and offer to call back without losing place in line. No call—still dripping. September 2024.

Effective replacement for our old RV heater.
Delivered quickly and had the old one out and the new one installed in just a couple of hours. Everything was the same size and location as my domestic water heater it replaced.
