♥️❤️♥️
I love this pan. It is the perfect sauteuse, you can cook almost anything in it— perfect size. Great heat conductivity like a cast iron, but nothing sticks— very easy clean up. Just make sure that you never use metal utensils or cleaning tools. Great quality!!

Chips in the enamel
It came in damaged, which just opens the cast iron to rusting.

Great mid sized pan.
We do 90% of all our cooking in some form of iron. Whether it is our giant Lodge cast iron pans, or our de Buyer mineral B pans we prefer the properties of iron. For sauces we turn to enameled cast iron because it retains the qualities of cast iron with an easy to clean enameled surface. This pan is great for midsized amounts of cooking. We needed something larger than our 2 qt pan, but not as bulky as our 6 qt., this pan is perfect. It can easily hold 72 oz. of sauce without the risk of spilling over. The surface area can sauté an onion, or cook up a pound of chopped bacon easily.Like most enameled surfaces, this one is easy to clean. As long ask you use the right tools (silicone covered is best) you will minimize the risk of scratches. The price is great. I am not a fan of buying those generational enameled French cookware sets because they can easily cost 4x one of these. IMO this works just as well, and if I get a few years of use out of it, I will turn around and get another. A definite buy.
