They were so frustrating to properly install in the windshield. I live in Miami, FL so I decided that it was time to have a proper shade, why go through the torture of getting into a car that is super-heated, plus the last two cars I've owned had significant damage done to the steering wheel due to the sun. This Covercraft shield, however, is great! It fits my car perfectly, I can have it installed in literally 2 seconds and, best of all...it works! The inside of my black upholstered car is exponentially cooler than it was without the shade and I am hoping that it will prevent my leather wrapped steering wheel from getting damaged like the car I had before this with no shade. I am pretty sure it will do that and more. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Bad Design for 1st Gen Volt *by L***. on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on July 22, 2017* IMHO the "fit" for the 1st gen Volt is unreasonably inaccurate (they include a warning paper saying it won't be an exact fit, but it barely stays on, so it's outside of reason). Lazy design. Charge a tad more and do a true exact fit.
