I like the fact that it is big and made of glass. I use it for my filtered water. It is really easy for my family to use (even small children). I just use the base and the big part. I don't add on the racks for the mason jar cups.The main reason I would not buy this again is that the covers rust. When they rust it is hard to take on and off. So I have had to use the Mason Jar cups without lids. Even the lid for the dispenser rusts. I am trying to look for a different cover that will fit because I really like the rest of the dispenser.If you are using this for parties only, it may work fine. However I wouldn't recommend it for every day because of the rust issue.

These were a hit for my NFL draft party. They did not leak. Really easy setup and take down. If you are like me, and keep the box in order to store it for later they were packaged nicely. The stand was really sturdy. The table was bumped several times by children, with the dispenser being 3/4 full, and stood strong. There was no spilling, and no tipping. The glass did not seem cheaply made.There is no clear directions to put the spigot in, however after a few moment of staring dumbfounded, then using common sense, and Google I was able to figure it out. The only reason I gave this four stars was because one of the tops had a few dents. They were not severe, it did not mess with the integrity of the lid, the lid still tightened just fine. Only one of the lids came this way, and I had ordered two.

I really loved this and would give it an excellent review if it had not been defective. The first time I used it for lemonade and it was adorable and well functioning. I had the same experience with punch for my recent Halloween party. The problem arose when I washed the large container and it cracked all by itself. I filled it with warm soapy water and washed it normally, so this was highly disappointing. See the picture I have attached.

Bought this for a friend of mine and we both absolutely love it! Not only is it a good looking addition to her kitchen, but it's extremely functional as well. Easy to set up and use and also sturdy. The mason jars and striped straws are adorable. Customer service was speedy and fabulous. Highly recommend the item and the seller.

I really love this! Works great and is very cute. One thing to note - I highly recommend washing it before using it. When it arrived, there were actual glass shards inside the large dispenser, but I couldn't find where it came from. We washed it out and made sure the integrity was in tact, and then we used it.

I was very disappointed in this product! The main dispenser was damaged because of poor packaging. There was no chalkboard attached to the front as advertised. The foam was falling apart as if it was super beat up and old when I opened the box. I will be returning this!

Arrived broken. The lid is smashed on crookedly and jarred into place so that one cannot unscrew the lid. I don't know how this could have possibly happened during the shipping process because, the box is not damaged. I can only assume it happened during production or packaging and this should have been caught by quality control. Even if it hadn't arrived damaged, I still wouldn't be keeping it as the base appears flimsy and unflattering. Do not recommend at all. Really disappointed especially after reading all the positive reviews. Also, upon further consideration....who would want a set up like this as it only has 6 mason jars and it just doesn't make sense to have this huge container that serves so much liquid and then expect only 6 people to drink it. Just overall a bad design and bad quality control from the company. Luckily, I purchased it from Amazon so I had no trouble with the refund process.
