These are very hard to fit into your ears
The company is very hard to reach by phone. No one answers. You can't get help by phone.The product wouldn't fit in either of my ears. I could hear it amplify sound.No help available is a nonstarter for me.

First pair right one didn't work. Now new pair left battery acting up
In 4 months batteries acting up on second pair. First one right on stopped working almost immediately

After initial charge two hours you’re ready to go!
When I received them on 05-01-21 I charged them and put them in and was impressed at how powerful they was for their size. I still believe they are the best thing since mother’s milk! I know if you have a hearing problem you’ll be satisfied also.
