Follow the instructions, and this will clear up drains in a hurry. Might take a couple of applications, but this fixed sink drains in my son's bathroom that were constantly getting clogged with black "gunk." Apparently you need an enzyme/bacteria to take care of this bio-organic gunk. Also worked on a toilet that was getting a "ring" within a week or two after being cleaned. Better than chemicals, I highly recommend this product.

It didn't help clear my drains. It probably helps the septic like advertised. I contacted the seller and they were very helpful

It's impossible to know what, if anything this is doing for my septic system, but after using it several times on clogged and slow drains, I can honestly say that it is completely ineffective for that use. I've filled the instructions to the "T" and have also tried doubling the concentration. No matter what, there has never been any improvement in the clogged or slow drains.

Used this product recently on a slow-draining tub with OLD pipes and after three applications (1 per day) the tub is draining beautifully. My plumber said these enzyme products are better than Drano etc. because they don't corrode old pipes.

So far I've only used it in my dishwasher but it did remove the dirty water smell. So far I'm mostly thrilled with the killah customer service. I called Dan (the owner) on a Saturday morning and he called back within MINUTES! He went over all the possible uses, how and how much I should use for each use. I would buy for the customer service alone but the product is also great. I like the idea that it's non-toxic, easy on the plumbing, and made in the USA by veterans. Thanks, Dan! It may work well as a septic tank cleaner, but I cant be sure because I already use another product for that. As for a drain cleaner it's pretty disappointing. I noticed no difference after a week of use. The most effective part was the included hair remover hook.

One of my family members has a VERY large stool. He had clogged our toliet up 3 times and once I even called the plumber out to the tune of $180.00. We did the double flush, plunger, snaked and still could not unplug the drain except for the plumber. I researched knowing there had to be something that would work in a toilet like it would a septic tank, I got lucky and found Nature's Soldiers and read all the reviews. So I thought I would give it a try.I took three treatments after we thought we had it cleans out but now we can keep the toilet flushing. I did get a metal piece of trim and make him break his poop up when it was huge so he would not continually stop up the toilet but it has worked extremely well. Worth every cent.

I love this product! I love that it works exactly as it claims. I have had slow drains for years and would constantly use chemicals to try to clear them, but the clogs always came back and I hated how harsh those products could be on my house and the environment, so I love that Nature's Soldiers is safe to be in my home and good for the environment. But I LOVE that a military veteran owns this product and donates 10% of profits to Homes for Troops!!! I mean really, how much more great can you get!
