Cap for the water tank

This pack is your replacement parts. (no cap for water tank is included). I suggest you contact Bissell if you lost your cap to the water tank.

Does this work on model 23069?

I can’t help you other than tell you they don’t fit my model #3011

How do you clean the rollers?

With the roller hook to remove tangled hair, string etc. Then I soak them in a bucket of bleach and hot water rinse them and let them dry.

Brush/Filter Replacement for Bissell Crosswave Vacuum

These are fairly decent vacuum rollers and filters. While they are a generic product, they're most definitely cheaper than the original Bissell ones.
