Hanging Metal Photo Mobile Display, Alligator Clips, 23 inch, Rustic, Industrial, Wedding, Event, Home Décor (Rust Colored)

I received this mobile at a reduced price in exchange for my honest review. I have lots of photos I would like to display, and this seemed like an interesting way to do it and would be a nice way to liven up a corner and would also be easy to change with the seasons or on a whim. Once it arrived, I realized I should have taken a closer look at this item before ordering. I often rely on reviews before making my purchases, especially for non-essentials such as this, but at the time I placed my order none had yet been posted. Not that there is really anything wrong with this mobile...it just seems a bit too simple and light-duty to justify the $24.99 price. Checking the description again, it is exactly as it is purported to be and there are also several pictures of the product included with the product description...but, this seems overpriced for a simple arrangement of hooks, wire & alligator clips--I think a reasonably crafty person could easily do this as a DIY project out of some spare wire clothes hangers and some fastenings. That being said, this is really cute--it would easily hold 10 assorted photos from wallet size up to 4x6" (maybe even 5x7) or other small, light items; I just think a more reasonable price would be roughly half of the listed price and that is why I only rated this at 3 stars.
