It’s roomy
I have used this type of harness for 2 years. It holds my radio securely. It holds my notebook, leatherman, trauma shears. It’s hands down the best harness offered to us. So much so that when they offered smaller, cheaper harnesses, with a dubious black American flag, I purchased my own.One caveat, the back strap is a bit flimsy. It loses its elasticity rather soon, making it tough to ski in.

Amazing-worth every penny
i was wearing this over a Joe Rocket armored jacket (AGAT) carrying a Baofeng UV-8r handheld (with extended battery pack) when a 57 year old road raging KAREN took me out at 65 mph on US 101 on 3/16/23.Hit and run.Me: multiple broken bones and a bit of road rash, 5 days in the hospitalBike: GSresorces dot com Bike of the month for May 23, GS1150Ez, left side slide damage (fixable)Radio: Minor damage to corner of battery pack, still works fineThis chest pack: NO DAMAGEWhat else can I say except she came back and surrendered 15 min later. She did the one thing no politician ever does, she took responsibility. BRAVO. I refused to press charges. She got a failure toyeild ticket. I got a permanent limp and 5 kids that are very proud of their 59 year old veteran father.

Fit a little tight
Overall I like it it could have a little more adjustment to it though.

Great for Deployments!
This made my deployment as a ham operator in support of medical teams at large events easier. The rig holds my Yaesu FT5DR, 3 extra batteries, pens, a headset, and some snack bars. I stitched a pocket to the back (against my skin) with a zipper to hold my notebook as well.Hams often ask about this rig when they see me wearing it. Reflective tape helps for safety.I’ve worn this rig for 16+ hours comfortably.

Great product
This is a great product: comfortable, well constructed, and carries many essential tools i need on a daily basis. The only unfortunate thing is I had to return it due to the reflective bands on the straps; not because they were ineffective, but because in my particular line of work (the film industry) being reflective isnt always desireable, since I work closely around the cameras and reflections are detrimental. For someone in the Locations department, a set medic, or anyone not near zone A, however, its ideal. I wouldve kept it if there was a way to easily remove or cover the reflective bands. Perhaps a new meodel will feature velcro strips, versus sewn on? Great product, just couldn't keep it.

Great Harness for ski patrol
Big fan of this harness. It holds the radio great, has a ring on the opposite side to attach my remote mic to. The pouch fits a lot of stuff but isn’t bulky at the same time. I keep a tourniquet, trauma shears, 2 cravats, bandages and an airway inside and I still have room left over. Holds my pens securely and I put my tape holder on the outside.I love that the straps are stretchable so that as I add or remove layers I don’t need to readjust the straps at all. This is my 3rd harness and favorite by far. Highly recommend!

Ok buy
Nice little setup but the quality isn't that great.Back needs improvement to fit better. And the quality of the material is thin. The pocket flap on the main compartment is already getting rips/ holes after only 6 months of every other day use.
