Cleared up a nasty rash in 48hrs! One of the best I've found
This is amazing!!! My baby got a rash when he had a stomach bug and his skin was very red and sore despite always using rash creams. This cleared up the redness and provided instant relief. Entire rash was gone within 48hours. Ive tried numerous rash creams and nothing compares to this one Definitely keep on hand.

Best diaper rash cream
Balmex has always been my go to diaper rash cream. I have tried desitin and all those ones from the store and this is the only one that works within 1 diaper change. I wish Balmex was in more stores.

I’ve been using this product for approximately 52 years! First on my son when he was born. His doctor recommended it for diaper rash! Over the years, here in Fl I use it for heat rash! It works great!
