GrifGrips Dexcom G4/G5 Pre-Cut Adhesive Patch - Gardenia Grip (Pack of 10) in Pink and Purple

My daughter was becoming frustrated with her CGM adhesive fraying and peeling off before her sensor was used up. We tried Tegraderm and other products like Skin Tac. I ordered these without much hope, but they have been wonderful! The petals will start to peel some at the top after a few days but still stays on firm and does not release the transmitter until time to change it out. Love anything that doesnt have to be all medical looking but fun instead. Thank you GrifGrips for manufacturing these and getting them up on Amazon so I could find them.

I am a huge fan of grif grips and usually will buy the oval cut out's for my 8 year old daughter. This was the first time I got the flowers and the do not stick as well. The flower petals started to peel away after she took a shower on the second day. It came off completely by day 4 and had to put a second patch on. It's been 3 weeks and I've gone thru 6 patches already and I even put skin tac underneath, but the petals come up very easily. I will stick with oval patches.

works great in water and for activities like running and other exercising. Last year I lost my transmitter while running because the adhesive that comes with the dexcom is not very strong. I was lucky that I only had a week before insurance was going to pay for a new transmitter anyway and I did not have to go long without my dexcom.

These work great and do reinforce the lifting tape, however they too will begin to lift at the edges or fray a little after a few days of activity and showering. We wanted to use them regularly to make her CGM site a little less " medical" looking and add some fun. However they are not great for extended wear through the week so we are using them only for reinforcement or if she has a dance or or something that will show her arms ( where her CGM site is). It is great reinforcement for 2-3, maybe even 4 days depending on water exposure. I have even cut off peeling petals and place another over it. Overall she loves them, I think it's a clever and fun solution / fashion statement and would most likely buy them again bc I haven't found anything comparable that sticks this well. All skin adhesives are not made equal, We want it to hold strong and long, but we do have to be able to get it back off of them, so I guess it's give and take. :)

These were great the first day. But the adhesive doesn't last - especially through a shower. The edges curled up and eventually just stopped sticking around day 3. Cute but will not buy again. Buyer remorse,

I have tried other adhesive patches and this is by far one of my least favorite. The design is cute but that’s all. The adhesive doesn’t last long. My step daughter is a T1D and I do my best to take the necessary steps to make sure it adheres properly and this one just doesn’t want to last. It will start coming off then I had an incident where the adhesive got caught on her shirt and her sensor was pulled causing a sensor fail. Not good!!!

We love these pretty flowers for our active 11 year old!

These patches are so helpful and pretty. They peel and stick wonderfully. A Dexcom necessity. I will definitely keep using them!
