I carried a tray of these (filled) at Halloween as part of my Transylvania Airlines flight attendant costume. I just filled them with what I had on hand, some frozen apple juice that I dyed dark red (the provided syringe made this easy). They were a hit. Everybody wanted one. Some took bags home for their kids.

This will be the second year we are using these Blood Bags for our Halloween party cocktails. People get a real kick out of them -sucking 'blood'. They are so much fun! We brew an advance cocktail 'cauldron' concoction of black cherry vodka and pomegranate juice, then use a funnel to fill the Blood bags and refrigerate then until we can display them in Halloween buckets of watered ice to keep them chilled. Then folks help themselves. Easy to make in advance -and it gives the bartender a break, too! Loads of Halloween fun! Good for Nurse's parties, too! 5 stars!!
