Tight Progression and Metamorphoses of a Particular Phenomenon
As usual Mr. Rosales delivers the goods. Can't wait for his 2015-2020. Something tells me that those stories will be the most amazing! Any fan of Albert's works and collections can clearly see the progression and metamorphoses of this phenomenon. Each time I finish reading one of these books I can't help but wonder If there are different realities? Are there different creatures? Are there different technologies? Is this reality just a chess game? Are we only the designated pawns? There is clearly a wave being observed by these individuals with a linear linked to a timeline. Please forgive me for the idle musings of a fan...wishing for an Albert Rosales world map, different colors for the different books timelines (preferably matching the book cover color) with illustrated figures presenting the type of sighting, asterisks representing the very unusual ones.

Black eyed kids
This volume had so many good stories, I kept writing down page numbers and it was every other page at one point.I would like to highlight the Black Eyed Kids encounter. Notice how all the elements are perfect. The fact that they knocked, down to the bitten hand and the dead dad. This story is worth reading multiple times. Also, Indiana, a case where the species causing the Missing 411 books was witnessed by 40 people.I would like to highlight the Jacksonville Florida case of the man who took the Alien, plants, or heads into the newspaper office. Finally, the Brazil case of an alien creating a duplicate of a man's body and the guy getting to watch it on Earth on a screen. These are the tip of the iceberg. I love these books.

Great book...this my third volume of albert rosales humanoid encounters......
I would reccomend Mr Rosales volumes to any UFO buffs or those with enquiring minds....these events have happened to so many people globally that I wonder how governments have maintained secrecy. …..his books are my kind reading as I love personal experiences rather than long drawn out reports and debates. Mr Rosales has knack for putting forward the experiences tale without adding anything extra..... A worth while read.

Have the encounter
As others have noted, Rosales' series of Humanoid Encounters books, which started a few years back, represents a worthy and highly readable addition to UFO and Fortean literature - to name just two areas in which his surveys are relavent. As an attempt at a comprehensive survey of the mysterious taken from various sources, catalogued and presented together for the first time, Rosales' achievement reminds one of an earlier landmark, the Corliss Handbooks series Handbook of Unusual Natural Phenomena . With every passing year the Corliss volumes regrettably grow less in print and more expensive, and one hopes Rosales' efforts stay around a good while. All of his Humanoid series are well printed although illustrations are small and few. It would also have been useful to provide a index of names etc in each book given the quantity and range of material -, although to be fair some details are not always supplied in the accounts. As one might expect, encounters under review can range from the daft, to the puzzling, onto to the credible and downright disturbing. Reading them through the text assembled like this it is useful to marry up similarities, trends and to spot (although the process is necessarily subject ) those accounts which sound the most fanciful. Excerpt on rare occasions, and perhaps sensibly, Rosales resists the temptation to interpolate judgements of his own in this respect. If there can be found a problem with his careful work it is that, for reasons of time and availability presumably, quite often the sources for material are clearly not primary ones; or Rosales' summaries of events, while perfectly non-committal, necessarily remove the tenor and context of the originals. It is an unavoidable leveling of that which so often helps when one seeks to decide believability. This said, however the whole series can be recommended. As an addition to the literature there is more to think about here than a whole shelf of other books of limited ambition other than of unoriginal speculation and sensationalism.
