Peace CoffeeTwin Cities Organic Whole Bean, 12 Ounce

We have a cold brew perpetually going with this coffee. It's much cheaper than going to a coffee place every morning, tastes much better than Starbucks, and basically zero waste. I coarsely grind two cups of beans, and let it steep with 8 cups of filtered water for 12 hours, then strain with a fine mesh sieve and kitchen towel. The coffee grounds go to gardening friends, and hopefully someday I'll have my own composting and garden going on for the grounds too.

This was really good coffee. I usually drink Peet's dark roast because I've never found another brand that compares.This Peace coffee is excellent! Smooth, bold, no coffee gut or acid reflux, yuck gut after having my morning pot of coffee. This will definitely be a new favorite. Top two fave for sure.

Peace Coffee Twin Cities Blend is great for those who prefer bold but not bitter coffees. It has a rich velvety texture with a subtle chocolatey essence and is strong enough to hold its own in a latte. I plan to reorder.

Enjoying it so far. Most people in the office have expressed how much they like it.

I would agree that the coffee is smooth (no bitterness), and you can taste the chocolate notes as described. However, this is certainly not a “Dark Roast” coffee. I bought this because of that designation. At best this is between Light to Medium Roast. I went on faith because it was a MN Company and bought two 5 pound bags, so very disappointed and stuck with it for a while.

I love the taste of this coffee and I would recommend it to coffee lovers.
