Works perfect. Just like stated. Even the reviews about some noises with certain filters were correct which made correcting the issue a breeze. I've never had a watering container that could go for weeks without needing to be descaled or unsuited but this one was in great shape. The filters catch it all and very easy to replace. My chihuahua has birth defect in the form of an exaggerated overbite so he would always choke when getting his water from bowls in the past but not now. Perfect height, perfect depth, very quiet for his little skittish heart. Very easy to refill also. I absolutely couldn't be happier with a product that I invested so little in compared to what it's done for me.

Very nice and innovative product at a reasonable price. Do your lovable felines a huge favor and clean the fountain and change the filters as recommended every two weeks. Remember when you used to use a regular stagnant water bowl for your kitties and within a day or two there would be hair and slime and crud in it? All that same stuff gets in this water EXCEPT it gets trapped by the filters and only fresh, clean water is in the top tray for the kitties to drink. After about two weeks the crud and slime begins to plug the charcoal filter, and the water won’t drain back into the reservoir fast enough. So if you begin to hear water dripping sounds, it is water going through the overflow holes since the charcoal filter is plugged. Otherwise, with fresh filters, the unit is 100% silent. My kitties love this fountain. BTW, I did not install the flower in the top tray since kitties were scared of it. Works great without. Wish Veken filters were a bit cheaper.

Love this product. My cat drinks water all the time and fits a ton of water. It's super quiet and easy to clean. Fits anywhere in the house, you just have to make sure that there's an outlet nearby. The material is durable and the filters are super inexpensive to keep your water fresh. My kitten approves with 5 stars.

So far so good after a month of use. It's quiet and pretty easy to clean. What I don't like about this type of fountain is when, and it will, the pump dies on it you are left with a empty bowl and no water. So if you are gone for a few days and it fails your cat will not have any water. So either leave a bowl out when you leave or get a fountain that has a bowl at the bottom so when the pump fails there is still water for your pet.

Small but mighty. Easy to assemble and to clean. My kitten loved it right away. It is quiet when running with a long plug cord. It holds plenty of water for a week with a kitten. The tank has a water level viability with the minimum water level needed to run the fountain. Great fountain and the price makes it even better. Highly recommended. Quick delivery too.

I’ve bought three of these, and my pets love them. They’re silent, a piece of cake to set up and clean, and so inexpensive. I don’t know what I appreciate most…all of it, I guess. I remember when fountains like this were $100 and every one I’ve had bas been a b*tch to clean. Well, not this fountain! My cats are drinking so much more fresh water now that they have clean running water all the time. This is so good for any cat, especially cats with FLUTD. Very happy with these fountains.

My cat was a little reserved at first so I transitioned to the fountain by leaving both the fountain and a regular water bowl out side-by-side. Over a couple of days the her regular water bowl looked gross with bits of hair, and food remnants, and a random gnat but this fountain was still crystal clear and fresh. She naturally began to avoid the regular water bowl and opted for the fountain. she’s drinking sooo much more water now! The fountain holds a LOT of water and the front allows for me to see the water levels easily. She’s more hydrated, which is also helping her skin and coat. It was easy to assemble and I love the material because it doesn’t have that weird metal smell like the traditional stainless steel bowls do. I highly recommend this fountain!

I thought my cat would like this, but she won't use it. However, my sisters cats love theirs. I think the flower on the top could be a bit taller. The fountain itself is well made and easy to put together. It runs very quietly and is easy to clean and the filters are easy to find online for replacement.

This is a low-maintenance fountain that pets love due to the fact that the filtration system is top of the line and able to filter out any debris, and any odors that are around the house. Another feature that I like about this water fountain is the fact that it is able to easily display the water levels, how convenient the LED is to toggle on and off, and how the stainless steel part itself is BPA-free and really easy to clean. My cat is able to tell the difference right away with the quality of water and I frequently find her showing more and more of a preference to this fountain as opposed to the old one that we originally got. Overall if you are looking for a quality purchase that is worth every dollar, I would say that this fountain is the one that you should invest into.

I bought this for my newly adopted kitten but waited about a month before using it as he was still a bit small for it. Once introduced, he loved it and I loved that he was drinking more water. It’s easy to maintain and keeps water fresher than a bowl sitting out in the open. Cleaning is a breeze and refill filters are easily found and inexpensive online. I did find we could hear the pump do its thing but it wasn’t bothersome. However, after about 2.5 months the noise got louder. I gave it a good cleaning, including the pump and after putting it back together, it didn’t work. The light still functioned, so it wasn’t an issue with power, just the pump. I reached out to the company as it was beyond the Amazon return window. Their email address was located right on the pump. They were quick to respond with a trouble shooting suggestion and when that didn’t resolve the issue, they immediately sent out a new pump. They offer a two year warranty and didn’t make me jump through hoops to honour it. It was so easy and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Customer service is lacking in a lot of businesses these days, but definitely not in this company! Thank you for your exceptional service, it’s greatly appreciated and with that, I highly recommend this product!

The minute I set this water fountain up, turned it on a wonderful blue glowing light attracted my first cat, then the second, finally my dog came up. All three where drinking at the same time in less than 10 seconds or less. Love it and fact it has a charcoal filter and a screen type filter is super cool, why? Well when you have animals drinking they my have food particles on their face and the filters clean them when the water runs down then comes back super clean. It will hold water for up to 9 days if needed, but it is recommended to change the filter weekly. I ordered the replacement set of 8, good for a long time. What a great idea, I don't have to be filling anymore. It starts to gurgle when the level is low, sounds like a babbling brook. Too funny.
