Very nice and innovative product at a reasonable price. Do your lovable felines a huge favor and clean the fountain and change the filters as recommended every two weeks. Remember when you used to use a regular stagnant water bowl for your kitties and within a day or two there would be hair and slime and crud in it? All that same stuff gets in this water EXCEPT it gets trapped by the filters and only fresh, clean water is in the top tray for the kitties to drink. After about two weeks the crud and slime begins to plug the charcoal filter, and the water won’t drain back into the reservoir fast enough. So if you begin to hear water dripping sounds, it is water going through the overflow holes since the charcoal filter is plugged. Otherwise, with fresh filters, the unit is 100% silent. My kitties love this fountain. BTW, I did not install the flower in the top tray since kitties were scared of it. Works great without. Wish Veken filters were a bit cheaper.

Small but mighty. Easy to assemble and to clean. My kitten loved it right away. It is quiet when running with a long plug cord. It holds plenty of water for a week with a kitten. The tank has a water level viability with the minimum water level needed to run the fountain. Great fountain and the price makes it even better. Highly recommended. Quick delivery too.

I was a bit hesitant because of some reviews but I bought it and it works great! The cat took a few days to adjust to it but he loves it and it keeps his water fresh and clean! Its been over two weeks now and is quiet. Very easy to put together and is cute with the flower spout!

My cat had always been a light drinker and I was constantly worried about her hydration. Since setting up this fountain she visits it far more often throughout the day, which was really the main goal. The continuously circulating water seems to genuinely attract her in a way that a still bowl never did. Assembly was straightforward and took maybe ten minutes. The pump is quiet enough that it blends into background noise without any issue. One thing to know is that the water level indicator starts making a bit more noise as it gets low, which is actually useful since it reminds you to refill before the pump runs on empty. Cleaning is simple enough, the unit breaks down into manageable pieces and nothing is hard to reach. The included filters are a nice touch and replacements are reasonably priced. My only small gripe is the plastic exterior shows water spots fairly easily, so it needs a quick wipe down every few days to look presentable. Overall though it does exactly what a pet fountain should do and my cat is visibly drinking more.

This is the only brand of water fountain that I would ever buy for my cats. When I adopted them they were skittish street kittens that were afraid of every noise in my house, but they took to it immediately. It’s very quiet, great quality, looks nice in their room, simple to clean and the filters are easy to change (It comes with a few extra filters.) It has a water level indicator that lights up; the water capacity lasts about a week for my two now adult cats.

If your cats are as picky as mine. They'll love this fountain. I've tried many different types. Some of the metal ones start to smell bad/metallically after a few weeks, others pumps have stopped working after a couple of weeks or months due to poor design or would get clogged due to a lack of filter for the motor, and others leaked all over the floor. Some other fountains I've tried I couldn't find the correct charcoal filters after purchasing them. This fountain is quiet, easy to maintain, easy to assemble, and easy to get replacement filters for. I love the versatility of it's design. I tried it with and without the flower style elevation flow attachment and my cats love it. The first day I started using this fountain my cats quit going to the old water bowl. They sit and wait for it when I take it up to clean and refill it once a week. The supplied mat that comes with it is the perfect touch and keeps it from sliding and for catching any water your cat (or dog) drops on the floor. The see through window is perfect for checking the water level with or without the LED light in the motor housing. Durable materials for a long life.

I’ve bought three of these, and my pets love them. They’re silent, a piece of cake to set up and clean, and so inexpensive. I don’t know what I appreciate most…all of it, I guess. I remember when fountains like this were $100 and every one I’ve had bas been a b*tch to clean. Well, not this fountain! My cats are drinking so much more fresh water now that they have clean running water all the time. This is so good for any cat, especially cats with FLUTD. Very happy with these fountains.

I've had this product for a few months and it works very well, and has stopped my cats from splashing water all over the place. It's easy to clean and maintain. My only small complaint is that I still end up having to add water every single day because if the water is not at the max line it gets very loud.

This is a low-maintenance fountain that pets love due to the fact that the filtration system is top of the line and able to filter out any debris, and any odors that are around the house. Another feature that I like about this water fountain is the fact that it is able to easily display the water levels, how convenient the LED is to toggle on and off, and how the stainless steel part itself is BPA-free and really easy to clean. My cat is able to tell the difference right away with the quality of water and I frequently find her showing more and more of a preference to this fountain as opposed to the old one that we originally got. Overall if you are looking for a quality purchase that is worth every dollar, I would say that this fountain is the one that you should invest into.

I bought this for my newly adopted kitten but waited about a month before using it as he was still a bit small for it. Once introduced, he loved it and I loved that he was drinking more water. It’s easy to maintain and keeps water fresher than a bowl sitting out in the open. Cleaning is a breeze and refill filters are easily found and inexpensive online. I did find we could hear the pump do its thing but it wasn’t bothersome. However, after about 2.5 months the noise got louder. I gave it a good cleaning, including the pump and after putting it back together, it didn’t work. The light still functioned, so it wasn’t an issue with power, just the pump. I reached out to the company as it was beyond the Amazon return window. Their email address was located right on the pump. They were quick to respond with a trouble shooting suggestion and when that didn’t resolve the issue, they immediately sent out a new pump. They offer a two year warranty and didn’t make me jump through hoops to honour it. It was so easy and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Customer service is lacking in a lot of businesses these days, but definitely not in this company! Thank you for your exceptional service, it’s greatly appreciated and with that, I highly recommend this product!

Have had this for 6 months. Great design, lighting etc. But as soon as it gets to less than 2/3rd full the pump is not strong enough to keep the water flowing. Looking to buy an alternative already.
