A little goes a long way
You only need a little bit to sweeten your coffee, thanks to the natural sweetener that is added (unlike the unsweetened versions which don’t pack enough flavor for me). I normally drink my coffee black but this is a nice treat every now and then that won’t set me back calorie wise and sugar wise. I also love using it to flavor my morning oatmeal- along with brown sugar swerve, a dash or two of salt, cinnamon and peanut butter. Yum! The cookie butter and the vanilla sweetened varieties are my favorite and go-to nutpod flavors.

Good Quality
I have been using NutPods off and on for several years. I started using them when I was on the Whole30 diet and now use them all the time. I love the new flavors! For unsweetened I like the coffee cake flavor and for sweetened I like the Cookie Butter. I like that they are sweetened with Stevia.

It’s great if you’re watching calories
It’s not terrible. 5 cals. I’m trying to watch my carbs and cals. This creamer does the trick. It’s definitely not like regular flavored creamer but it’s good. I’m buying again!

Only ok
These aren’t bad but aren’t great. I’d rather have my coffee plain but if you are doing whole 30 and need and option try them but be careful as the variety I bought are sweetened so they aren’t really whole 30. Also the packaging isn’t great. The cardboard is flimsy and tears while you try to open it and once open it never really seals well again so if you try to shake it up you spray nut pod all over.

Better than I expected!!
These are honestly way better than I expected! I like all of the flavors in this pack & I’m sure others from this brand are good as well.

Good option
I have been experimenting for a little while with trying different creamers for my coffee while on a low carb, low sugar diet. This has been the best option so far when it comes to taste as well as the ingredients used. While there are lots of low sugar creamers out there, it's been difficult to find one that satisfies both taste as well as uses clean ingredients. It's nice that this does both. It's a bit pricey, but overall I'd give this creamer a good rating.
