The media could not be loaded.  I’ve been using this water bottle everyday for some months now and I absolutely love it. It keeps my water cold all day and I love that it comes with a tea infuser too which I have used a couple of times and it keeps my tea nice and warm. I love that the bottle comes with a comfortable grip to hold onto the bottle which makes it perfect for me to carry around everywhere I go. I just love the color and sleek look of this bottle. Also there’s no leak of the bottle which I love so much. Just a great bottle overall.

Doesn’t leak and keeps the drink either hot or cold really well. The wood looks nice and it’s super easy to clean. I mainly use the bottle for tea and the little tool inside helps filter it.

I have ordered 10+ of these for family and friends.The insulation in one did not work.I chose "replace the product" and sent the defective one back.I later received a message that if they do not receive the defective product they would charge my account.I sent them an email with the screen shot of the "return receipt" and was still charged.If they refund me the review would be 5 stars.I do love the product.

As soon as I got my bottle I could tell it was high quality. I loved the white color and the strap to hold it with attached on the side, very cute. It kept my water nice and cold and was very easy to carry, I would definitely recommend! No leaks.

I love the look, feel, and the handle. My only issue is with the bamboo top which pops off when my bottle falls. Overall a good buy.

Okay I will first start out by staying I love this bottle so much and the wood grain is so well done - usually I dislike “fake wood grain” patterns but this one has a nice shine to it that makes it looks super awesome. The strap is amazing and easy to detach at the bottom and loop around stuff like a belt loop or pack strap. I use it at work, home, hiking - just all around the most excited I’ve been about water bottle purchase ever. And yes, I DO own a hydro flask, a few - but this bottle is just more fun and unique.Then tragedy struck :( the lid gasket popped off one day and was lost forever. The water bottle is still just as awesome but now leaks - which is a bummer for the hiking/traveling aspect of my use. I tried to find a replacement and couldn’t - if they sold a replacement pack I wouldn’t even judge them that the seal doesn’t stay put - because again, this is such a rad water bottle.So if anyone can point me in the direction of a new seal so I can go back to loving this water bottle and taking it on adventures and around town I would be forever grateful!!That wandering lid gasket and lack of replacement is the ONLY reason it’s not five stars!!!Elemental! Please send help - or just a new gasket. ;)

By far the best water bottle I’ve ever purchased!! Not only is the design so sleek and unique, it’s light weight and the handle is a game changer Very easy to clean too. I go through hot and cold beverages throughout the day and I’m amazed how it always stays the perfect temp. Definitely ordering more!

It's a nice bottle looks great and durable but it's missing the strainer completely , it's 1 week before the Christmas party so I'm kinda out of luck getting the part for it.

The lid does not seal well…leaking. And rough scratching connection
