It comes with several different grits from very coarse to very fine.They don't have a direction indicator and run perfectly either way.They last fairly well too.

Pretty useless
These belts literally last about 30 seconds before they go bald or snap.Wish I could get a refund but they are all in the bin. Total waste of money.Buy genuine

Not that durable
These belts may be ok with wood / plastic but I’m using my power file to sand down spot welds and they don’t last long, theGrit comes off the belt very quickly and they leave a lot of dust as this happens, in contrast the two free belts that came with thePower file lasted at least three times as long.
