I started giving my daughter this fish oil every day in order to help with her excema. Wow, what a difference it has made! She is 3 years old so I mix a quarter teaspoon in with her juice, and she is none the wiser. No more middle of the night scratching fits, or rough dry red skin. I recommend this product to everyone!

I truly wanted to love this product, as it was recommended to me by my nutritionist. However, on day 3 of taking it as directed, one teaspoon a day, I became violently ill, very similar to food poisoning. It was so bad I ended up in the ER at 2 a.m. Absolutely nothing else in my diet had changed, I had not been to any restaurants, and I was fine all day until approximately 5 hours after taking the product. Returning product as while many may be able to take it, there are some of us who may experience a very dramatic and totally horrible side effect!
