Does this grip come with the club tape?

Mine did not, I don’t think they normally do unless specified/in a regrip kit.

Does this come with everything needed to install?

It comes with the grip only. I had mine installed at the golf course because it doesn’t come with adhesive to do it myself.

What is the the size difference between standard and midsize?

It is on a larger size. I also have a super stroke pistol GT 2.0 on another putter. And they're similar sized. Which I like.
