I have issues sleeping, I normally wake up 2 to 3 times a night and avg about 4 to 5 hours of sleep. I tried this and with in a half hour I was getting sleepy, and for the first time I was able to sleep uninterrupted for 8 hours. Like the other reviewer I did not wake up refresh, I dont mean it in a bad way, just that when I woke up I still felt sleepy and wanted to stay in bed, but because I have to work I needed to get up. I did not subtract a star for this because, it could be me getting use to sleeping longer. Mentally it feels good to know I finally got to sleep uninterrupted.

Sane ingredients but hit different. I tried other pills for weight loss while sleeping and this one hits different . Makes me sleepy and helps me loose weight. Keep in mind its going to make you thirsty soon i recommend a full glass of water before going to bed. Soo u dont get dry mouth.
